1. No PlayForge purchases
PlayForge does not currently accept payments, issue paid memberships, sell games, or charge visitors for access. Because no purchase is made from PlayForge, there is currently no PlayForge payment to cancel or refund.
2. Third-party purchases
If you follow a link to a game store, platform, publisher or other third party and make a purchase there, that transaction is solely between you and that third party. Its refund, cancellation and consumer-protection terms apply. Contact the seller shown on your receipt for assistance.
3. Future paid services
If PlayForge introduces a paid product or service, we will publish the applicable price, service terms, cancellation rights and refund rules before accepting payment. This page will be updated before any direct paid offering goes live.
4. Billing questions
If a charge references PlayForge or Tangshan Jiaofu Network Technology Co., Ltd. and you do not recognize it, contact info@jiaofutech.xyz with the transaction date and non-sensitive reference information. Do not email full payment-card numbers.
